Fall Fashion for Kids
I’m so excited to share the adorable things that Babyshop sent us for this crazy weather we’ve been having lately! Fall fashion for kids is so much fun. From rain coats to knee-high socks, we are ready for whatever fall is going to throw at us here in Chicago. Read on to see how you can dress your kiddos for fun outdoor adventures while still looking stylish and being weather appropriate!

I love that we can play outside, while still looking adorable. I’m a big fan of letting kids be kids and I find it really important to let them splash in puddles, dig for worms, get messy, and explore the outdoors to their hearts content. With Babyshop, we can do just that.
Kuling Rain Coats for Kids
We didn’t have any rain coats, so Babyshop sent us these amazing coats to keep Gio and Gabi dry and warm in all of their outdoor adventures!
The Stockholm Jacket in Woody Rose is the perfect coat for chilly, rainy weather. Its windproof and waterproof design will keep your kiddos cozy and warm no matter what adventure presents itself. This coat is fully lined and features a removable hood which is convenient if you aren’t expecting rain. The deep pockets are perfect to keep little hands busy or hold any little treasures they find outside.
The front of the coat features a zipper as well as snap buttons, while the cuffs have adjustable velcro closure for a perfect fit. Kids can throw this on over their outfit and they’ll be ready to explore the outdoors despite the rain.
The New England Jacket in Classic Navy is very similar to the Stockholm Jacket— it’s waterproof/windproof, has a zipper and snap buttons on the front, and has a removable hood. It has a soft lining with a fun striped design on the interior. It also has angled pockets and a little zipper pocket on the breast.
The New England features ribbed cuffs with fingerholes, which are Gio’s favorite! In addition, it also has the adjustable velcro closures on the cuffs. This coat is unisex design– inside the coat, you will find an adjustable band along the waist for a more secure fit if that is of interest.
Melton High-Knee Socks
I’m a sucker for a cute pair of knee socks, sorry not sorry! These Melton Knee Socks in Florence Quail feature ribbed cuffs so they stay put. The fabric is soft and stretchy so it’s comfortable for tiny, wiggly toes! These socks are an adorable addition to any wardrobe.
Converse Long-Sleeved Shirt
This long sleeved Converse shirt gives me vintage vibes, I love it! The material is substantial enough to hold up to outdoor play, while still offering that soft and comfortable quality we seek in kids’ play clothes. Gio can still move, stretch, and run, so this is a winner in his book! The ribbed cuffs are also a nice detail that add a nice fit and silhouette to the sleeve.
We have a great neighborhood for outdoor adventures. With lots of space to run, trails to explore, bugs to find, and plenty of opportunities to learn, we are grateful for some wardrobe that is not only stylish, but will hold up to our fun outdoor play.
