Hi! Love your basket ideas. I’m looking to put together a basket for a friend that just lost her Dad and another girlfriend that had surgery. Do you have any baskets that have been used in the past for these occasions.

    • Kristen

Aw, thank you Liz! & I’m sorry to hear about your friends :( I sent a “basket of sunshine ” to someone, filled with all things yellow & cheery. Inside was a candle, a little yellow flower pot with seeds that grew once you started watering it, a bag of her favorite popcorn (boom chicka pop), yellow candies, nail polish, a brightening face mask, chapstick & I can’t remember what else. She loved it! She sent pics as the flower grew :) Maybe you could do something like that? Good luck! Xo, Kristen

Hi Kristen, could you tell me where you found the crate you used for the Christmas coffee themed basket (the one with the metal corners). And also sources for any of the other cute baskets I see on your site. I can’t afford to spend a lot and the ones I have seen at places like Michaels or Amazon seem to get pricey. Thank-you, Anne

Hi Anne! I’ve done my best to link similar items below each basket idea, along with the original websites where I found the basket ideas. Most items are linked to Amazon, but you could check out Home Goods, Hobby Lobby or World Market for some great deals. Good luck!! Thanks for your comment :)

I love all your ideas. I added a thing or two and took out a few things that made them different than yours. Thank you so much for a starting point for me. 🦋🦄
