If you’re looking for a fun way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day or a rainbow themed party, try making these rainbow pancakes! We made tie-dye pancakes at a mini camp we had at school & the kids went nuts for them Read on to see how we made them!
Here’s how to make them:
Separate your batter into cups or bowls & add your food coloring. I wanted my colors to match my cups because I’m silly like that, haha. We used neon food coloring, that gave us the bright colors I was looking for. You could use any colors you wanted to or experiment with mixing colors as well.
Next, add your batter to the griddle (or pan) by taking small spoonfuls & drizzling them all over to create your pancake. Continue this with more colors. I found it fun to even splash little dots over some of them. Here’s how ours looked:
